Yes it is charged by the sun. There is plenty of solar going into the grid so I would not be wrong to say my flashlight was charged by solar if I charged it with my homes outlet.

Bright and Light Weight - repeat customer

This is my 3rd Hybridlight flashlight for me, and fifth Hybridlight if you count the flashlights I have given as gifts. I like the light weight, brightness and rechargeable battery of this flashlight which is why I am a repeat customer. The price of the flashlight has gotten too expensive now - I would not have purchased without the coupon code.
